The fine coating of creamy white chocolate offers a delicious taste with striking milk, cream, caramel and vanilla notes, which are in perfect harmony with each other. Rounded off with our hand-baked Baumkuchen, this results in the perfect interaction.
Full of flavour with every ring
As soon as our Baumkuchen with white chocolate are cut open, their famous rings appear, which look like the annual growth rings of a tree.
The irregular structure corresponds to their counterparts in nature and represents the time-consuming manual work we invest into each of our Baumkuchen. Each Baumkuchen is absolutely unique and consists of between ten and twenty layers.

Product Information
Our Baumkuchen with white chocolate are alcohol-free. The alcohol you’ll see in the ingredients list is completely evaporated during the baking process because of the high temperatures. It only leaves its flavour, which is part of the distinctive taste of our Baumkuchen with white chocolate.

Minimum shelf life
Artificial preservatives are banned in our manufactory. As a result, the shelf life of our products is limited. In cool and dry storage, the minimum shelf life for this product is eight weeks. Please note this with the shipping time to the planned shipping country.
