    Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. Severe temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight, refrigerators, and heaters will damage our products. Since our Baumkuchen are fresh products, we recommend consuming them promptly to enjoy the full flavor experience.

    What's the deal with aluminum foil?

    For production reasons, some of our Baumkuchen are covered with aluminum foil on the inside, as this was previously applied to the Baumkuchen roller. This foil must be removed before consumption.

    Our Baumkuchen are alcohol-free. The alcohol we use in our ingredients is completely evaporated during the baking process and the high temperatures. What remains is the aroma that gives our Baumkuchen its distinctive flavor.
