Our Baumkuchen truffles are based on our traditionally prepared Baumkuchen. We use only fresh ingredients, with no frills. The dough is then rolled out and cut into the perfect shape for each truffle.

They are then dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with a fiery blend of cocoa and chili powder. This gives them not only their characteristic appearance but also an exciting taste.

37.4% dark chocolate (cocoa min. 54.1%, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soylecithin, natural vanilla flavour), butter, eggs, sugar, rum flavouring, wheat starch, wheat flour, rum, marzipan (52% almonds, sugar, water, invert sugar syrup), powdered sugar, cocoa powder, brandy, 0.4% chili powder, natural vanilla flavour, natural lemon flavour, salt, nutmeg.
