The basis for our Baumkuchen cake is our Baumkuchen mixture, which we produce in our GROCH & ERBEN manufactory strictly according to the original recipe. We use only fresh ingredients and avoid any frills.

We then fill our exceptional Baumkuchen plates with the finest chocolate ganache and wild cranberries, ensuring that our Baumkuchen cake, just like our mini cake, offers a perfect and intense taste experience.

16.5% dark chocolate (cocoa min. 54.1%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soylecithin, natural vanilla flavour), eggs, butter, 13.3% wild cranberries, sugar, wheat starch, wheat flour, marzipan (52% almonds, sugar, water, invert sugar syrup), white rum, powdered sugar, brandy, rum, natural vanilla flavour, natural lemon flavour, salt, nutmeg.
