In order to guarantee the high quality of our Baumkuchen, we only use high-quality raw materials. Quality, regionality and ecological aspects are equally important to us. Not every ingredient can be ecologically sound, but we avoid palm oil and buy flour, eggs and dairy products from regional producers whenever possible.

OK, when it comes to chocolate we have to leave our region for a moment. We only use high-quality Belgian chocolate for our Baumkuchen, without any palm oil. The chocolate we use is known by connoisseurs and experts all over the world for its full, sweet taste and intense crunchiness after hardening.

We do not use artificial flavors or preservatives. Although this limits the shelf life of our products, it is more important for us to produce our products as naturally as possible and to differentiate ourselves even more from the industrial products of other manufacturers.
