We are happy to accept orders via email and through our online shop.

As soon as an order leaves our manufactory, we send an email with the shipment information.

If the Baumkuchen arrives broken, it's of course anything but nice.

If the package is visibly broken upon delivery, please inform the delivery person directly.

If there is damage that is only discovered when unpacking, the goods must be left in the packaging in the condition found and photos of the damage must be taken. We will then find a suitable solution together.

Since we do not use artificial preservatives, the shelf life of our Baumkuchen is limited.

While our Baumkuchen with chocolate have a shelf life of eight weeks, our Baumkuchen without coating has a shelf life of ten days.

It is also important to note that our Baumkuchen are often still edible afterwards. The rule is look, smell and taste.

Since we work without artificial preservatives, the shelf life of our Baumkuchen is always limited.

Occasionally, a Baumkuchen may show signs of mold before its expiration date. This is obviously annoying and should not normally happen.

Please send us a photo of the best-before date label and the affected Baumkuchen by email and we will find a solution together.
