In the heart of Cottbus' old town, you'll find our Baumkuchen factory outlet – on the first floor, directly above Café Lauterbach at Spremberger Straße 4 (entrance between the café and the ADAC shop).

Here, we offer a delicious selection of our handmade Baumkuchen from our own factory every week during our opening hours – from classic varieties to special editions and unique variants that are exclusively available on site and not in the online shop.

If you like, you can try the Baumkuchen (layered cake) directly on site and experience the unmistakable taste of true craftsmanship - freshly baked, regionally produced and prepared with lots of love.
