How is payment made?

Payment is due in advance of the event either by bank transfer or PayPal. We also offer invoices for companies.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel the event up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be given.

Where and when can I enter the factory?

Participants participating in the demonstration baking event will be welcomed at the factory no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of the event. Admission to the factory is via the entrance at Spremberger Straße 4 (between the ADAC and Café Lauterbach).

What parking options are there around the factory?

Since our manufactory is located directly on the central pedestrian mile, parking is very limited. We recommend using the parking garage at Neustädter Platz (03046 Cottbus), which is within walking distance.

Is the tour or the baking demonstration suitable for wheelchair users?

Our workshop is located on the first floor. Participants with limited mobility and wheelchair users can alternatively access the first floor via elevator. Please indicate this when registering.
