We are pleased to finally be able to offer our new Baumkuchen liqueur in our online shop, which was born out of the idea of enjoying the unique taste of our Baumkuchen in liquid form. After numerous experiments and many delicious tasting sessions, we have found a perfect balance of cream, egg liqueur and Baumkuchen.
The creation of our Baumkuchen liqueur
How did we come up with liqueur? Due to numerous customer requests, we started working on a liqueur based on our popular Baumkuchen in the spring. Our goal was to reflect the characteristic taste and quality of our Baumkuchen in a new product. After intensive development and numerous tastings, we are proud to present a liqueur that perfectly captures the essence of our handcrafted Baumkuchen.
The basis: our traditional Baumkuchen
Our Baumkuchen is the soul of our liqueur. But what makes our Baumkuchen so special? It is made in our Baumkuchen factory using a traditional method. In short, the process consists of baking in layers, where each layer is baked individually until the characteristic "tree ring" effect is created. This process requires patience, precision and attention to detail - characteristics that have also been incorporated into the development of our liqueur.
Taste and aroma: A delight for the senses
When it comes to taste, we paid particular attention during our series of tests to ensure that our liqueur immediately wins over customers with its rich, creamy taste and the unmistakable aroma of Baumkuchen. The base of cream and egg liqueur provides a velvety texture, while the fine spices and sweet notes of the Baumkuchen ensure a harmonious taste experience.
