Each ring is made by hand
As soon as our Baumkuchen without chocolate are cut open, their famous rings appear, which look like the annual growth rings of a tree. The irregular structure corresponds to their counterparts in nature and represents the time-consuming manual work we invest into each of our Baumkuchen. Each Baumkuchen is absolutely unique and consists of between ten and twenty layers.

Product Information
Our plain Baumkuchen without chocolate are alcohol-free. The alcohol you’ll see in the ingredients list is completely evaporated during the baking process because of the high temperatures. It only leaves its flavour, which is part of the distinctive taste of our Baumkuchen.

Minimum shelf life
Artificial preservatives are banned in our manufactory. As a result, the shelf life of our products is limited. In cool and dry storage, the minimum shelf life for this product is ten days.
