Our heart is the basis
The basis for our Baumkuchen truffles is our Baumkuchen, which we traditionally bake by hand while strictly following the original recipe. We only use fresh ingredients without any frills.
Afterwards we bake the individual Baumkuchen disks by hand, which form the basis for our Baumkuchen Mini-Cake.
Inspiring wild cranberries
In our manufactory, we then fill our extraordinary Baumkuchen disks with the finest chocolate canache and delicious wild cranberries, thus ensuring a perfect and intensive taste experience with our Baumkuchen Mini-Cake, just like with our Baumkuchen Cake.
Crisp protection from the outside
Like the bark of a tree, the fine coating of dark chocolate protects our Baumkuchen. For the chocolate, we use first-class Belgian dark chocolate with an intense cocoa aroma and fruity and slightly bitter notes.
