Product note

For production reasons, our Baumkuchen are covered with aluminum foil on the inside, as this was previously applied to the Baumkuchen roller. For this product, we have completely removed the aluminum foil afterwards, but in extremely rare cases, residues may still be visible.

Our Baumkuchen are alcohol-free. The alcohol we use in the ingredients list is completely evaporated during the baking process and the high temperatures. What remains is the aroma, which is responsible for the distinctive taste of our Baumkuchen.
